Anti-cellulite exercises: standing up1st exercise

Standing, one foot in front and one foot behind, you have to go down as far as possible. The heel of the foot behind is off the ground. Stay a few minutes in this position and then go back up. And so on.

By soliciting at the same time the muscles of the thighs, the belly and the buttocks, this exercise contributes to the elimination of cellulite localized at this level. For maximum efficiency, keep your back straight by executing movements and leaning on your heels.

2nd exercise

Stand up, your back always straight. Place a rubber band under the feet and stretch one leg to the back, bending the support leg. Once used to this exercise, make small beats with the help of your outstretched leg. Then resume the exercise with the other leg.

3rd exercise

Standing, feet apart (hip width), hold a stick placed behind the neck. Gradually flex your legs and gently push your buttocks backwards. By tilting a little bit of the bust, the position obtained makes work the thighs and hips.

Some exercises on the ground


1st exercise

On all fours, stretching one leg and then rotate it after raising it as high as possible. Then chase, making series of 8 up and down leg.

2nd exercise

Stand on the side, on the ground, the body perfectly aligned to the head. Fold the lower leg and move back and forth with the upper leg. Perform sets of 8 and hold the top leg up for a few seconds.

3rd exercise

This exercise is magic and very effective against cellulite! Lying on a gym mat, arms along the body, lifting the legs as much as possible and performing scissor movements. The more we do, the more the cellulite disappears quickly.
