hair care routine

hair care routine

Hey girls,
Today I wanted to share with you my hair care routine.

First of all, let's go back to my hair history: Almost ten years ago I was completely Blonde, (yes, you read that right!) But be careful not a pretty shaded blonde with golden reflections, nooo too little for me ... J 'had a real blonde sometimes with yellowing reflections and a sublime straw effect.

Ah, what a wonderful time ...

One day, I was tired of walking with a scarecrow head and I became brown again;

My goal was to regain my natural color to no longer have to recoloring and stop this hair slaughter.

This took me three years but I managed to reach my basic skin tone. Three long years without any colorist touching my head, I sometimes went through stages a little "comical" I must admit, but all these efforts allowed me to get healthy, shiny hair and significantly thinner.

So do not discourage girls this is a message of hope, with time, patience and good products you can find your long silky hair.

today I still give a lot of time to my hair and it goes through different stages:

Hair complements

Once a year I do a course of supplements to densify my hair, fortify it, giving the impression that the hair grow faster! I have tested so many hair market capsules and the only ones that have given me visible results are Forcapil and those of the brand Caplieov.

Capileov capsules have excellent value for money, I consume them for almost 2 years and I'm still satisfied.
The ideal is to follow a course of 3 months and the secret remains in the ASSIDUITE,

Shampoo

I would like to tell you that I only wash my hair once a week, and that the rest of the time I can have a voluptuous, fresh hair without ears. Really ! The truth is that (in addition to having a real phobia for greasy hair!), I have a hard time without my shampoo almost daily.

Because a healthy hair, beautiful and strong, it is above all a hair that is not assaulted, wet, rubbed, brushed, rubbed and heated 15 times in the day. We totally agree ! Let's say that I wash about every 2 to 3 days.

For now I can not do better. Of course, everything depends a lot on my activity, and also on the season. In the summer, with the heat, the beach, the sea water or swimming pool, or after a good jogging session, I have a lot more tendency to wash them. All is, I think, to know how to adapt the care that goes with.

Which shampoo?

Of course, no silicones, no sulfates and other dirt which are full of trade cosmetics.
From time to time too, when my hair is really tired, I use Shikakai powder as a shampoo. It is a washing plant hair powder, which strengthens detangles and shines the hair. Naturally rich in saponins, it cleans my hair gently and promotes their growth.

Hair conditioning conditioner recipe for tired hair:

-25 g of Shikakai powder
-50 ml of water or rosemary hydrosol
-1 teaspoon of vegetable oil of broccoli
-5 drops of ylang ylang essential oil

In a small bowl, weigh the amount of shikakai powder (25g seems to be the ideal amount for my half long square), and gradually add the hydrosol, until you get a homogeneous paste. Add the vegetable oil of broccoli. Its sheathing action mimics the action of silicones and will bring to your hair softness and shine without weighing them down. Goodbye frizz!

Finally add the essential oils of ylang-ylang. Be careful this paste, very sensitive to microbial pollution, should be used immediately. Apply on the scalp, massaging gently, and leave for 2 to 3 minutes, before rinsing abundantly.

This mixture is really a shampoo-care and not a mask!

Other hair care

Oil baths:

My favorite care, when it comes to hair, are oil baths. My hair loves, and I see such a difference, that I couldn't do without it!

Two vegetable oils have my preference for this type of use:

Vegetable coconut oil, of course, my precious! In addition to its delicious scent, it brings softness and shine to my hair.

Vegetable castor oil, the famous secret of hair growth, and that’s not all! It has a highly hydrating power and restore flexibility to your hair in no time.

I make a bath of oil about once a week. Two options are available to me: if I have time and I don't plan to go out in the next few hours (!), I apply my oil on the lengths, (generously), then I wrap my hair in a towel and I left in place several hours. Otherwise, I apply my oil just before going to bed, I protect my pillowcase with a towel, and I left in place all night!

Hair Mask:

Turns out egg actually are a great thing to place in your hair. Intended for a moisturizing, make-it-shine hair mask, healing, blend it by some avocado!

You’ll need:
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 yogurt
  • 1tbs of honey

You have to know that Eggs are wonder-foods as they are wealthy in protein, essential fatty acids vitamins, plus antioxidants. These nutrients can fasten varied hair problems plus offer you silky furthermore glossy locks.
the yogurt is a rich basis of milk fat plus lactic acid. Really, the protein restricted in eggs is the maximum quality protein which you can still find in any food. It boosts hair growth plus maintains hair moisturized, clean moreover well-conditioned. This mask also regulates extreme oil of hair plus makes your hair soft.

How to do: Blend ingredients well. Smear to wet otherwise dry hair and let sitting for 20-50 minutes before rinsing plus washing hair.

Evade using hot water that can roast the egg yolk.

my tips and advice for beautiful hair

I treat my lifestyle! Well Yes, because it is also the key to beautiful hair! Provide essential nutrients full of fruits and vegetables, drink at least 1.5 L of water per day, getting enough sleep, exercise... As many small actions that affect the skin, mood, health, but also... on your hair!

I try, as much as possible, not abuse of the hairdryer, straightener, curling, and other heating devices. By producing intense heat on the hair, they burn it and deteriorating in the fiber, making them dry, brittle, dull and rough. Actually, just the opposite of what we want. In the summer, so, I'm trying to let a maximum "their lives" taking just care to brush them regularly, and by the way my fingers in the roots to keep the volume. In the winter, I admit that it's more complicated to keep a wet head. If I use the hair dryer, I pay attention to set at the lowest temperature possible.

I believe in the power of hair brushing, in the evening, after a long day. Firstly, because our hair needs this to get rid of the dust and other dirt that accumulated during the day. Then because the action of the brush on the scalp will act like a real massage, and thus activate the micro circulation. Us the mane shiny and full of vitality. But not with any brush: I adopted the boar hair brush, very gentle and respectful of my scalp. I love to go further, even to spend a few minutes a day to massage my head to the tips of the fingers: relax after a hard day's work, and stimulation of regrowth, in short, what happiness!

I am wary of elastics and other bars that tend to break the hair. Used sparingly and to choose quality 🙂

I always protect my hair with a scarf or a hat when I'm at the beach or in the Sun, do not burn them and thus avoid the effect "straw" the end of summer!

Now you know all my little hair secrets, make good use of it and do not forget that your hair has real powers of seduction ...

It would be a shame to deprive yourself ^^
