DIY fan, flowers, design?
There are as many boxes for the house as there are lovers of decoration. To help
you, discover how I diy storage boxes.
Anyways, these works good for
storing anything in living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, craft rooms, office,
kitchen, mudroom and even laundry room. Simply the best storage solution for
any space in the house. These are great for kids toys and art supplies as well.
I don’t know about you, but I
can always use a few more storage boxes! I’m not interested in the same
old boring boxes…I’m talking about boxes with a little style of their own.
You will need:
·
Carton box
·
Strong glue for fabric or mod podge
· Brush
· scissors
· Gold paper for decoration
I began by applying a moderate layer of Mod
Podge to the front section of the box…
then placed a slightly bigger
piece of fabric over top…and smoothed it all out.
After the Mod Podge underneath
was dry, I trimmed off the edges…..
…….and then applied another
layer (pretty thick) of Mod Podge over the top…..making sure to Mod Podge all
of the raw edges of fabric and pressing them firmly against the box.
Instead of the button clasps
or labels, you can put DIY labels on your boxes, like I do with just craft
paper in the same line of design as the fabric.
Et voilà !!
These storage hacks can make
the home look cleaner, organized and neat.
Make DIY storage bins (storage
boxes, storage baskets or even storage containers) using these efficient and
useful ideas.
